Design Corridor Management (DCM) Lead

Job Description Be part of impactful projects as a member of our General Engineering Consultant (GEC) team supporting the Illinois Tollway. Your Impact Maintain and develop programs to support Illinois Tollway assets Develop and manage scope for Systemwide design projects Coordinate, prepare, and issue design scoping memorandums Track project budgets, schedules, and contract deliverables Participate in client and multidisciplinary team meetings Monitor project schedules and budgets Conduct and participate in design reviews for Systemwide contracts Support Tollway Project Managers and Design Section Engineers (DSEs) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois 10+ years of experience leading transportation infrastructure projects for the Illinois Tollway and IDOT Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Preferred Qualifications Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, GEOPAK, InRoads, and OpenRoads Experience using Trimble Unity Construct Familiarity with AASHTO, Illinois Tollway, and IDOT standards and criteria Benefits WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
