Payroll Specialist (Full-Time)
We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chicago (60608).

We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chicago (60608).
What You'll Do:
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Review timekeeping data, deductions, and payroll adjustments
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Maintain payroll records and support audits and reporting
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure compliance
- Prior payroll processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
