Are you ready to lead, inspire, and drive success? Tire Pros is searching for dedicated Tire Retail Store Managers to join our full-time team. We are hiring for both our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations!

Pay: This position offers a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000/year. Top earners are driven, results-focused leaders who work hard and take ownership of performance. This role strongly rewards effort and execution and is not suited for someone looking to coast.

This full-time position offers a structured schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM, and Sundays closed. Overtime opportunities are available for those eager to go the extra mile.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR TIRE RETAIL STORE MANAGER
In this role, you'll do the following:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and promote store initiatives
- Build customer loyalty while supporting team and company goals.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and store performance; maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee staff scheduling and development; stay current through ongoing training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and feedback
- Perform additional duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-service–oriented leader with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and pushes themselves and their team to achieve results.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store
- Valid CA driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
A 2-year college degree or equivalent managerial certificate is preferred.
