At BODYWORKS, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, neurologic, vestibular, concussion, pelvic health, and work-related injuries. Your Role Physical Therapist (PT) * Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. * Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions. * Treat orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, neurologic, vestibular, and other outpatient conditions. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. * Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. * Maintain timely and accurate documentation utilizing available technology and support resources. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) * Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. * Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and patient education. * Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist. * Assist patients in achieving functional goals and improved quality of life. * Document treatments accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support exceptional patient outcomes. Requirements Physical Therapist (PT) * Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. * Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. * CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) * Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. * Current West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure. * CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Preferred for Both Roles * Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
