Office - Biller - Cashier

Colandrea Auto Group is seeking a Biller-Cashier-Office Personnel team member. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented, customer service-focused individual with a professional image and demeanor.
Pay: $16 - $20 per hour/DOE. This position is Full-Time with some Overtime and Saturdays. Pay will be based on experience with company benefits, including medical and PTO. Job Responsibilities and Duties- Greet all customers and determine the nature of their visit
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct all calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Take detailed messages and provide basic information to all callers
- Communicate with callers and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments in accordance with the company policy
- Balance payments at shift end and be able to reconcile any discrepancy
- Provide office administrative support
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, people-oriented personality
- Punctual with schedule flexibility
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Must clear pre-employment background check
- Cash handling experience required
- Receptionist or Switchboard experience preferred
