Job Summary As a Physical Therapist at Haxtun Health you are a vital part of our team, acting as a "movement detective" to evaluate and pinpoint the root causes of patients' pain and limitations. You develop personalized rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function, directly witnessing the positive impact of your hands‑on expertise. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT) Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Three years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient settings Trigger Point Dry Needling certification (preferred) Previous management experience (preferred) Benefits Health Insurance: 100% of employee-only premiums covered; additional plan selections are partially contributed.
