Thisisahands-onleadershipopportunityforsomeonewhounderstandsmanufacturingandassemblyprocessesandenjoysbeinginvolvedwithbothpeopleandproduction. WhatYou’llDo Overseetheday-to-dayoperationoftheassemblylines. CoordinateproductionscheduleswiththeProductionScheduler. Ensureequipmentisproperlysetupandreadyforproduction. Trainandoverseesetup,sample,andoperatorpersonnel. Troubleshootassemblyequipmentandlabelingsystems. Updatebillsofmaterials(BOMs)androuterswhenprocesseschange. Monitorqualityandensuresafetyproceduresarefollowed. Helpmaintainproperstaffingandproductionflow. Workdirectlywiththeteamtoidentifyandresolveproductionissues. Balancehands-ontechnicaltroubleshootingwithsupervisionandproductiondemands. WhatWe’reLookingFor 3–5+yearsofmanufacturingandassemblyexperience. Previoussupervisory,lead,orteam-leadexperience. Strongunderstandingofassemblyprocessesandequipmentoperation. Mechanicaltroubleshootingabilityandahands-onapproachtoproblemsolving. Strongunderstandingofmanufacturingsafetypractices. Highschooldiplomaorequivalent. MicrosoftOfficeexperience. ExperienceworkingwithanERPsystem;Dynamicsisaplus. Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelyandkeepproductionmovinginafast-pacedenvironment. PreferredBackground Metalfabricationorweldingexperience. Technicaldegree. CADorfixture/toolingdesignexperience. Lean/SixSigmaexperience.
