Salary: $22-$24

YB Welding is looking for an Laser Unloader/Laborer to join our fabrication shop. This position involves unloading fiber lasers and stacking and organizing parts on to pallets. The ideal candidate can work as part of a team and take pride in producing quality parts that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload Fiber Lasers
• Organize parts based on key parameters
• Operate shop equipment such as:
  
  • Grinders
  • Forklifts
  • Drills and basic shop tools
  • Basic measuring tools
• Read and interpret job travelers and product labels
• Verify parts meet quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Work with shop lead to meet production schedules

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand product labels and paperwork
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience in a job shop or fabrication environment
• Forklift experience
• Familiarity with ISO-style quality procedures
