Auto Dealership Biller
Acura of Valley Stream | 881 Sunrise Hwy, Lynbrook, NY 11563
- Pay Rate: $22.00 – $27.00/hour (commensurate with dealership experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (includes weekend shifts with a designated weekday off)
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Processing: Review, verify, and post incoming deal jackets from Sales and F&I for accuracy
- DMV & Title Paperwork: Complete and submit state forms, vehicle titles, tax disclosures, and license plate registrations
- Financial Posting: Reconcile sales contracts, payoff schedules, trade-in values, floor plan postings, and lender payments
- Commissions & Invoicing: Calculate and process sales commissions and vendor invoices for aftermarket products or dealer add-ons
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Resolve paperwork discrepancies directly with sales managers, finance managers, and banks
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of automotive dealership billing, title work, or office accounting experience preferred
- Experience with a Dealership Management System (DMS) such as CDK Drive, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar
- Sharp attention to detail, basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge, 10-key proficiency, and strong organizational skills
