Searching for a friendly, passionate, high energy individual with a strong desire to help their community!
The insurance industry is a fast paced long term career path that grows with you. On site training and paid licensing means that no experience is required and you can grow and move up quickly. With each attained license comes an increase in hourly pay as well as access to commission and bonuses for the pertaining line of business. We sell and maintain policies across New Mexico in auto, home, renters, motorcycles, RV's, travel trailers, boats, commercial, life insurance and more!

Responsibilities- Answer phones
- Delegate tasks
- Call customers for missed payments and signed documentation
- Assist customers in pushing through payments
- Assist customers with making policy changes
- Scan in policy documents
- Communicate effectively with customers and industry partners
- Document detailed interactions in customer accounts
- Cold call local prospective leads
- Participate in community outreach events
- Attain Property and casualty and life insurance licensing (paid for by the agency)
- Sell and maintain policies once license is obtained
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual is a huge plus
- Be able to access online study material with a goal of attaining property and casualty and life licensing
