Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Senior Estimator – Underground Utilities for our Sylmar, CA office. You will lead cost estimation for underground utilities including water, sewer, and storm systems on major civil projects, driving accuracy and competitiveness in bids.
The role requires hands-on bid leadership with 10+ years in preconstruction/estimating, and 5+ years in underground utilities, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
