Maintenance Manager - Automotive industry

Maintenance Manager

Our client is a Tier 1+2 supplier of injection molded components to German OEMs located in commuting range of Anderson, SC and Gainesville, GA.

The Maintenance Manager will:

lead a team of 10 technicians and supervisors in their activities on a 2-3 shift operation.
oversee all functions of the Maintenance area. They will perform the assigned tasks.
report to the President.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Proven leadership skills
5+ years maintenance experience
5+ years plastic injection molding experience
experience working with German OEM/suppliers
electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, and robotics training/experience.
mechanical and electrical aptitude
good communication skills with floor associates, vendor and managers
