Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader: Grow Sales & Service

Baskin-Robbins in Houston seeks a seasoned Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead 5-8 locations, coaching managers and restaurant teams to deliver outstanding guest service and brand standards.
You will analyze sales, set goals with franchise owners, drive profitability and deliver training on marketing, new products and operations. A college degree is preferred and strong English communication is essential.
