Shift:

• NOC Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

• 12-hour shifts

Job Summary:
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med/Surg unit in Tucson, Arizona. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care during overnight shifts. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care.

Requirements:

• Active RN License (Arizona or Compact State License preferred)

• Current BLS Certification

• ACLS Certification preferred

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Med/Surg experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients during overnight shifts

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes appropriately

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
