Pay: $24/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Maintenance Technician to join a thriving apartment community in Austin, TX 78741 . If you're EPA certified and skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, this is a great opportunity to put your expertise to work with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Certification required)
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready projects
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• EPA or HVAC Certification Required
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Professional communication and customer service skills
