The selected vendor will operate with full clinical and business autonomy, delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care across multiple designated hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) sites within Maryland.Contracted clinical deliverables include:Case Completion Metrics: The independent provision of safe, professional anesthesia care, including pre-operative evaluations, intra-operative administration, and post-operative management, resulting in the successful clinical completion of assigned surgical and procedural patient cases.Executed Medical Records: Delivery of fully completed, legally compliant anesthesia charts, clinical documentation, and signoffs for each case, prepared in a manner suitable for insurance and facility billing processing.Contracted Availability: Fulfillment of specific clinical coverage blocks or agreed service windows mutually confirmed by both parties prior to the date of service.QualificationsVENDOR OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTSAs a 1099 independent contractor, the Anesthesiologist is responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
