• Career Growth and Development within a Global Organization • Company-Provided Mental Health and Caregiving support Overview The Customer Solutions Specialist will be responsible for managing order to cash cycle, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience. This role will work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Planning and Logistics teams. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Qualifications EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Three to Five years' experience in customer service and logistics. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer knowledge: (Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, Salesforce.com)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work cross functionally to effectively service our customers. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements • General personal protective equipment when in the manufacturing environment
• Occasional personal vehicle/rental car use
• General office equipment Responsibilities • Manage order to cash cycle for designated accounts including order entry, product allocation, tender to warehouse, book and dispatch the carrier, confirm order pickups and deliveries, shipment tracking, and invoicing
• Demonstrated strong professional conversational etiquette, especially over the phone or email correspondence with clients, customers, and internal partners
• Effectively and professionally communicates account statuses with customers and coordinates Accounts Receivable
• Leads and implements small to medium size process improvement processes that are important to the business
• Ensures prompt and accurate attention to documentation requests which may include COA's, Invoices, and other shipping information
• Supports multiple business units
• Assist team with workload as the business requires
• Trace or re-consign truckload shipments on outbound basis to provide team with up-to-date shipment information as needed
• Adds, changes, and deletions on allocated shipping orders are performed routinely. Confirm site deliveries with customers
• Maintain good carrier relations and communications
• Document late carrier deliveries and follow-up with Customer Service to resolve and or file claim with the carrier to re-cover additional costs.
• Provide freight and product quotes to customers or internal partners as requested
• Work through freight claim process as needed
• Ability to analyze and understand freight and warehouse data sets
• Support RFP processes with ad hoc reporting and route guide maintenance
• 10% travel
• Other duties as assigned Salary Range 60-70K+ Bonus
