Duties You will plan and coordinate new IT Projects to implement including NMCI upgrades and changes affection shore based customers. You will assist claimant commands to define customer IM/IT requirements, manage NMCI network service and accounts, schedule and coordinate new services. You will serve as a customer liaison for all customer service problems. You will apply configuration management disciplines to assist claimant customers to properly manage and maintain an accurate inventory of network assets and installed services.
