StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology and Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Three to four days per week. Shift times are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Type of Cases and Required Procedures: Outpatient Hematology and Oncology clinic integrated with an infusion center. Preferred experience performing bone marrow biopsies.
• Call: None
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications Required: Board Certification and Basic Life Support
• Licensure Required: Active Oregon medical license and Drug Enforcement Administration license
• Requirements: Current curriculum vitae, active license, Drug Enforcement Administration license, Board Certification, and Basic Life Support certification
