Pediatric RN Care Manager - Care Coordination & Advocacy

Shriners Children's in Salt Lake City is seeking a full-time RN Care Manager to oversee patient care planning and coordination. Responsibilities include collaborating with patients and healthcare teams, advocating for patient rights, and managing resources effectively. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a current Utah RN license, and obtain Case Management Certification within two years.
