About the Role:
The Old Salt at Lamie's Inn in Hampton, NH is looking for an energetic and reliable Busperson/Food Runner to join our team! This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you'll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience. If you love hospitality and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth dining room flow
• Assist servers with table maintenance, refilling water, and removing used dishes
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely food delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and bussing areas
• Provide friendly, attentive support to guests throughout their dining experience
• Assist with opening and closing side work as needed

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
