Previous managerial experience strongly preferred
Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
Top-notch customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent leadership skills

Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Prior Dunkin' experience required | Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation

Are you passionate about leadership and creating a positive guest and team experience? We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our team to success.

Responsibilities:

Work in and support all team member positions as needed
Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a high-performing team
Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Promote a strong "Guest First" culture at all times
Manage inventory and place DCP (Distributor) orders
Handle cash management including deposits and drawer counts
Execute and train team on new product rollouts and limited-time offers
Create and manage weekly staff schedules to meet business needs
Process and run accurate payroll on time
Oversee the restaurant's daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
