About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to performing technical duties in electronic, mechanical, or systems areas, completing tests and measurements, and maintaining production tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
• Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
• Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
• Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation, and programming.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints and identify components.
• Experience in wire preparation, stripping, crimping, harness repair, and termination.
• 3 years of Electro-Mechanical Technician experience.
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task to run multiple test and calibration equipment at the same time.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• IPC 610 certification is a plus, but not required.
• Soldering capabilities preferred.
