Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description Our client is seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their state‑of‑the‑art behavioral clinic. This role involves working with children with autism and their families, providing support and training to ensure effective therapy. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the lives of families and children through innovative behavioral analysis. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions Design, execute, and monitor behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs Oversee implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other employees Train, design behavioral systems, and performance management Facilitate parent meetings/parent training to ensure consistency between the home and clinic Complete comprehensive goals for clients and complete reports for all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies and for review by clients Work collaboratively with other professionals involved in the client’s case Stay current with research and new methodologies Perform other activities generally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavioral analysis Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (1+ years) Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the state of Michigan (MI) SerKy Consulting, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
