Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active, earn consistent hours, and build a long-term career? We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to support a large distribution center that services dozens of retail locations throughout the region.

If you're dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a busy warehouse environment, we'd love to meet you. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we're willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Work Environment

This position is based in a large distribution center with constant movement of merchandise, trailers, and warehouse equipment. Employees should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting with regular lifting and physical activity.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Current mandatory overtime may extend shifts until approximately 6:30 PM

Night Shift

• Tuesday – Thursday
• 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Mandatory overtime may include Monday or Friday

Weekend Shift

• Friday – Sunday
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Mandatory overtime may include an additional weekday

Breaks

• One unpaid 30-minute meal break
• Two paid 15-minute breaks

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from the distribution center to retail stores.

Daily Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Hand-stack products onto pallets and prepare merchandise for storage
• Move, select, stock, and load merchandise for shipment to retail stores
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or defects
• Handle inventory carefully to prevent product damage
• Use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
• Follow established shipping and receiving processes
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and workflow
• Follow all safety procedures in a busy warehouse environment
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly, including above-shoulder lifting

Comfortable with repetitive physical work, including lifting, stacking, bending, and moving throughout the shift

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a large, fast-paced, and high-volume warehouse environment

General labor or physically demanding work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Shipping & receiving experience
• Trailer loading/unloading experience
• RF scanner experience
• Pallet jack operation experience
• Inventory stocking and selection experience
• Forklift experience
• English communication skills required; Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome on designated shifts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.75/hr.
