Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Fence Installation Supervisor to lead commercial fencing crews throughout the Savannah area. If you're a hands-on leader with fence installation experience and a commitment to quality workmanship, this is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that values its employees and promotes from within.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise a 2–3 person fence installation crew
Coordinate daily job site activities and maintain productivity
Install commercial fencing systems, including:
- Chain Link
- Wood
- PVC/Vinyl
- Aluminum
- Ornamental/Wrought Iron
Measure layouts and ensure accurate fence placement
Set posts, mix and pour concrete, and perform installation work
Operate tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers safely
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with management, customers, and crew members

Qualifications

Previous fence installation experience is required
Prior crew leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience towing trailers and operating work vehicles
CDL is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must successfully pass a background check
