DEDE (DElivering DElights) is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), a third‑party company that hires drivers to deliver Amazon packages. You will be employed directly by DEDE, not Amazon. We are building a strong team of Delivery Associates motivated to get every package to the customer's door, not just on time but with the highest quality of delivery. Each driver will have a set of metrics that will be shared weekly, giving insight into performance and areas for improvement. We will train and coach you on all these metrics. Starting pay consists of $22.25/hr base plus a $1 immediate starting incentive bonus for good performance, totaling $23.25/hr from the first week. Once you complete training and coaching, you become eligible for DOT certification through JJKeller and can drive our step vans, increasing the hourly rate to $24.25/hr. You also accrue paid time off immediately and become eligible for health‑care benefits (including dental and vision) after 30 days of full‑time employment (30 hours or more per week). A van is provided—no commercial driver’s license required. Full‑time drivers work 4 days (8–10 hours) on, 3 days off. Part‑time drivers work fewer days and may include weekends. Most desired experience is a clean driving record. Shifts begin at 10:00 am; no earlier shifts are offered. Flexible schedules are available. Qualifications Must work at least one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday, or both if preferred. Must be positive with a high customer‑service ethic. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must pass a standard 5‑panel drug test. Must pass a motor‑vehicle record check.
