We are seeking an IT Project Intake Analyst to support the intake and assessment of technology project requests across the organization. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and governance teams to ensure project submissions are complete, feasible, and aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate incoming IT project requests for clarity, technical feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals Coordinate intake discussions with cross-functional teams including architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development Track project intake status and maintain documentation in intake systems (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Excel) Support compliance with IT governance policies and project review processes Qualifications: 3+ years in IT project coordination, business analysis, or PMO support Strong understanding of IT systems and project lifecycle concepts Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, or similar) Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Information Technology and Project Management Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ESG Consulting by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified when a new job is posted.
