Responsibilities

Build with us the creative machine behind one of Europe's most exciting DTC family brands.

Funzy has grown with the play sofa in recent years. Today we develop several product categories around play, movement, children's rooms, and family everyday life with over 350,000 parents who already trust our products.

Now we want to expand the next big lever in performance marketing: Creative Strategy.

We are not looking for a classic social media person. No creator manager. No pure content role.

We are looking for someone who understands why people stop in the feed, why they buy, and how to build scalable meta ads from data, hypotheses, and strong consumer insights.

As a Senior Performance Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our paid social creatives. You will develop new angles, hooks, concepts, and briefings, analyze performance data in motion, and build better ads from learnings.

In short: You will help us not just produce more creatives, but systematically better creatives.

• Development and further development of our paid social creative strategy with a focus on scalable creatives along the entire funnel (ToF, MoF, BoF).
• Conception of highly converting direct response ads; from hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion logic.
• Development of strong creative territories, new ad ideas, and launch narratives for existing and new products.
• Analysis of performance data and creative insights to develop winning creatives and derive new testing approaches.
• Development and prioritization of various ad formats such as UGC, skits, greenscreen, social proof, or comparison ads.
• Close collaboration with design, content, and performance marketing to quickly translate ideas into impactful creatives.
• Conception of larger assets such as shootings or hero videos, always with a clear focus on performance and scalability.

Qualification

• Several years of experience in the field of DTC paid social/performance creative, ideally in the e-commerce environment.
• Proven experience with direct response creatives.
• Strong understanding of buyer psychology & conversion logic.
• Experience in handling performance data & testing.
• Proficient use of tools like Motion, ideally also AI tools.
• Sense for formats, trends, and impactful communication.
• Structured, independent working style and real ownership.
• Fluent German and English skills.
