Subcontractor Network Administrator

Selected as a Top Workplace in Philadelphia for 16 consecutive years and headquartered in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, Movers Specialty Service (MSS) is seeking a Subcontractor Network Administrator for our Pure Install division to help grow and support our nationwide network of installation professionals. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors who represent the Pure Install brand in the field. This position combines recruiting, relationship management, training, and administrative coordination to ensure our subcontractor network is equipped for success and aligned with our commitment to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with outreach and cold calling, and enjoys building strong partnerships while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Follow recruitment and onboarding processes to bring new vetted subcontractors into the Pure Install Network Solicit subcontractors for information & pricing Source subcontractors using tools like YELP, GOOGLE and other websites for reviews as well as be creative in finding subcontractors through local hardware stores & the like Cold call potential subcontractors Craft and send solicitation template emails following a successful cold call Coordinate subcontractor insurance and W9 requirements with Director Communicate our Pure Install Promise with all new subcontractors Collect and submit pricing agreements and/or contracts with new and existing subcontractor network Meet and exceed monthly goals set for new subcontractor onboarding Maintain internal subcontractor leads spreadsheet for tracking daily activity Build effective relationships with subcontractors that reflect and support Pure Install core values Maintain and direct organizational communications to subcontractors to ensure they are aware of pertinent information such as training resources, development resources, information updates, and division notifications Act as a liaison to subcontractors and employees Address concerns regarding subcontractor skill sets and mobile app software implementation with guidance from Director as needed Update New Vendor & Sub channel with all newly recruited subcontractors for the Division Deliver training and credentials for sub app to subcontractors Handle administrative work pertaining to our subcontractor network (including but not limited to COI updates, weekly pay sub follow‑ups, accounting issues) Requirements At least one year experience in work scheduling, dispatching or high‑volume customer service is desired Logistics coordination is highly valued Must be able to work core hours of Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm or 9:00am‑6:00pm EST Basic math skills needed to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins are required Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of services and technical applications Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively work from home; in‑office and hybrid is available if preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree desired Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Computer proficiency in MS Office is required; advanced MS Excel skills are preferred Ability to work in a team environment is a must Ability to interact daily with both clients and contractors on problem solving is a must A quiet, designated workstation free from distractions is required to ensure focus and productivity in a remote environment Spanish speaking a plus What We Offer Work from home opportunity Time and a half for overtime Eligible for raises, profit‑sharing, bonus, and year‑end bonus Advancement opportunities Referral bonus program – once hired, refer a friend for an opportunity to earn a bonus Employee first work environment; we have been voted a Philadelphia top workplace for 16 consecutive years Additional Benefits Medical, prescription, vision, and dental Paid time off Holiday pay 401(k) with a company match – traditional and Roth options Free financial advisor Free $50,000 term life and AD&D insurances Free short‑term and long‑term disability benefits Flexible savings accounts Suite at Wells Fargo Center for Flyers games, Sixers games, and concerts Company sponsored events – see our company’s career page for details ( About MSS MSS, Inc. is a family‑owned business that has delivered personalized moving‑related services to the relocation marketplace since 1978.
