Convention Set Up Coordinator

Marriott is seeking a Convention Set Up Coordinator to support flawless meetings and events in our hotel and resort spaces. In this physically active role, you’ll interpret banquet event orders (BEOs) and room diagrams to set up meeting rooms, ballrooms, and convention spaces with tables, chairs, staging, linens, and basic AV equipment. You’ll work closely with banquet, catering, and conference services teams to meet timelines and respond to last-minute changes while upholding Marriott cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. This position offers hands-on exposure to hotel operations, guest service, and event execution within a global hospitality leader committed to people-first culture and career growth.
