About Our Agency:

I have been a State Farm agent for 19 years and am proud to continue my family's legacy as a third-generation agent. Our office is located in a great space with an amenity center offering free coffee and tea, and most of our team members enjoy individual offices rather than cubicles. We have a close-knit team of four, along with additional shared team members, and we work together to create a supportive and successful environment. Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Mueller - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
