This is a moonlighting opportunity designed to fit the schedule you already have - not replace it. Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend their impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position. Responsibilities: Our oral surgery practice has:DentaPro softwareDigital x-ray and Panorex unitsDedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery proceduresYearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Oral Surgeon responsibilities include: Perform third molar extractions, including impacted casesProvide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriateDeliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environmentPartner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care Qualifications: We expect our Oral Surgeon to have:DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental programCompletion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residencyActive dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensureCurrent BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentialsCompassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
