Benefits Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Free to use Infrared Saunas as much as you want Gain marketable skills with mentoring from experienced sales professionals Tailored ongoing 1:1 support after onboarding Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs Great working environment with snacks, beverages, and additional perks Employee recognition incentives (gift cards, etc.) Established career track with potential promotion to assistant studio manager and pay increase What you’ll be doing Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain a clean facility and handle turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Schedule Monday through Friday 6:30am–2:00pm or 11:00am–5:00pm Saturday and Sunday: mornings and evenings Qualifications A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Additional Details All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness philosophy. No experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training. Open to candidates who are ready to learn and grow within the organization.
