Job Title: Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists

The Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the process of transportation of customer vehicles within an assigned region. Hybrid – ability to work remotely one day per week at a Manheim location within the North Region (see attached map)

Job Requirements:

Required:

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
• Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail including precise data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required.

Preferred:

• Some college education
• 1+ years' experience in transportation field or automotive auction house
• 1+ years' experience in sales or call center
