Quality Systems SpecialistBoeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our Quality Support Services team in Hazelwood, MO.Position Responsibilities:Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problemReviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program developmentPrepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployedParticipates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementationConducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capabilityConducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approvalConducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to managementAnalyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipmentWorks under general directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience on military aircraft platform3+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action3+ years of experience in the application of AS91003+ years of experience in conducting internal audits5+ years in a dedicated Quality roleWilling to travel up to 50% both domestic and internationalPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5+ years of aircraft maintenance / modification experience is desired8210 / AFI 21-101 / 4790 experienceAbility to collaborate with Engineers to develop repair procedures for nonconformancesAble to research and create clear depiction problems for engineering to help solve problems that arise using Vector, IQDS, Retrofit Configuration System, Tableau and REDARSKnowledge of how to research and initiate a change to Technical Data and Engineer blueprints to match real time configurationDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
