Description: Client is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. It is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Our mission is to maximize health, function, and quality of life for those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The facility features 40 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6. The electronic health record system used is Epic. Supervision will be provided by a designated supervisor. The patient population primarily consists of adult patients. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
