HR Data Analyst (Contract)

Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple business systems and data sources. Perform large-scale data analysis using statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and business insights. Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. Write and execute SQL and Python queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Develop data models and support machine learning initiatives to solve business challenges. Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data (XML, JSON, etc.). Present data-driven recommendations and communicate findings to HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Document data processes, methodologies, and analytical findings. Collaborate with business partners to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to analytical models and reporting tools. Learn and implement emerging data technologies and best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
