Memo Group is an international social e-commerce agency that provides social selling brands in Thailand, U.S., and worldwide. Our company was established in 2019. We have been rated the top 3 TikTok Shop Partner in Thailand, and we have been expanding. Live-commerce is a rapidly growing market and is the future. We are very excited and in search of creative, proactive, and passionate live sale hosts to join our US Team in Culver City, CA. This is a part-time position. Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Live Streaming Presenter & Sales position at Memo e-Commerce (USA) Inc. in Culver City, CA. The role involves presenting and promoting products through live streams to engage with customers and drive sales. The individual will be responsible for showcasing products, interacting with viewers, and closing sales during live streams.

Responsibilities

Creating and executing an energetic “sales show” to obtain viewer's interest, and engagement and become a follower. During the live streaming, we are looking to create viewer interactions and direct product purchases from the viewers.
Learn and obtain product knowledge in detail and create sales scripts.
Sales-oriented professional with a knack for utilizing innovative strategies and a deep understanding of product knowledge to drive TikTok Shop sales through engaging live streaming sessions.
Interact with viewers, responding to comments, and fostering a positive online community

Qualifications

Confidence & Comfortable as a presenter and/or actor in front of the camera
Quick learner and ability to adapt to different situations; Strong voice projection, public speaking experience is a plus
Familiarity with social media; understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube functionality
Able to make changes to improve the sales process for social sales events
