Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty outpatient primary care setting serving underserved and uninsured populations in the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative healthcare team.

The practice serves a large and diverse patient population and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and women's health care in an outpatient setting
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Manage an average of 20-24 patients per day
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, social workers, and specialists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of clinical experience (training rotations excluded)
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong primary care and women's health clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
