Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the birthing center.
• Assist in labor and delivery processes, including high-risk deliveries.
• Administer medication and manage titratable drips such as Magnesium and Pitocin.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including OB/GYNs and anesthesiologists.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
• Adapt to unit workflows and provide quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Washington.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year may be considered with extensive travel experience.
• Proficient in attending deliveries independently and circulating in C-sections.
• Familiarity with EFM systems, preferably Centricity-perinatal.
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care standards.
