Afternoon Member Services Representative
Planet Fitness is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Afternoon Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is vital to delivering an exceptional member experience and supporting club operations during peak afternoon hours. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, friendly, and motivated to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include running and reviewing morning reports, greeting and checking in members accurately and courteously, cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the club, learning and utilizing the Ignite by DataTrak system for member management, reporting, and club operations, lifting, moving, and organizing fitness equipment, monitoring and helping maintain club equipment, assisting with training, and upholding the Judgement Free Zone atmosphere by treating all members and teammates with respect and positivity.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous customer service experience, basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality, professional, positive attitude and communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
