Ways we embody these Core Values include accepting a variety of insurance panels (including Medicaid/OHP) to reduce financial barriers for families, providing skilled 1:1 service to clients in 5 locations (2 clinics, 3 schools), offering skilled, HIPAA compliant telehealth options, a collaborative model of treatment, multiple specialties (feeding/swallowing, orofacial-myofunctional therapy (OMT), AAC, language, literacy, behavioral voice, executive functioning, etc.), a data-driven therapy model, advanced training and mentorship for staff, collaboration with outside providers, and state-of-the-art clinics designed from a therapist\'s perspective to provide high-quality therapy in a calm, organized space. The team philosophy emphasizes having fun, sharing passion, professional growth, and community within a caring, compassionate team. Position Responsibilities Produce comprehensive Speech, Language, and/or Feeding Evaluations to the Parkwood standard of quality. Treat clients across all ages and abilities continuum. Use Fusion by Ensora Health EMR to support the clinical documentation process, including but not limited to: evaluation writing, goal writing, completing letters of medical necessity, treatment notes (including the use of correct CPT Codes & ICD-10s), re-evaluations, screenings, signed mutual exchanges of information, and correspondence with referring providers/interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Maintain all requirements for ASHA, Oregon and Washington SLP licensure. Position Requirements Please note that our 2026 Clinical Fellow candidate pool is full.
