TrueBridge leverages proven talent identification / attraction / screening solutions to match highly qualified IT and business professionals with great opportunities.We made the Staffing Industry Analyst's 'Fastest Growing' list in 2013, 2014 and 2015.Job DescriptionSummary:A Fortune 100 Financial Service Company is seeking a 'rock star' Business Analyst sought to join other driven, experienced and successful IT professionals to secure the participant experience and enable the Company to become a world class eBusiness.The selected individual will build market relevant skills for the new economy through the development and implementation of state of the art security features and functions across a variety of channels.QualificationsResponsibilities & Qualifications:Reviews/approves project development and leads project initiative requirements – asks all universal questions (who, what when, where, how) to define projectElicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and create corresponding User Stories in RTCSuccessfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneouslyDrive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plansExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the development team through which requirements flow.Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential.
