Lead UX Designer

Role: Lead UX Designer Location: Eden Prairie, MN Duration: 6 Months C2H Description: Serve as the lead UX designer for a data visualization product that requires strong aesthetic design sensibilities in addition to confident command of interaction design/HCI principles. Prior experience with data visualization a plus. Must be able to successfully self-direct your work in a rapidly evolving context with challenging clients. 5+ years of experience as a UX designer
- Create compelling user interface designs for web, mobile, and desktop software products
- Contribute to the development of user interface design patterns and other leading - edge tools and reusable assets that aid in efficient and effective user experience designs
- Collaborate closely with cross - functional product development teams on UI prototype design and development
- Conduct remote and in - person user research as needed, including but not limited to formative usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys, and interviews
- Sets priorities and ensure task completion on multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate work activities with others
- Direct cross-functional and / or industry wide teams as appropriate
- Provide UX expertise and mentoring to team and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with web applications
- Demonstrated experience delivering quality user interface design, including annotated wireframes and clickable prototypes 3B Staffing LLC
