Requirements 3rd to 6th year associate experience in capital markets. Proven track record in securities offerings. Experience with public company reporting. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in California. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
