Apply today, we'd love to meet you!We are located at 100 Chapin Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701.Available shifts 7-3p or 3-11pWhen you work at Red Bank as an LPN you can enjoy:Up to $43.18/hr (based on experience)Weekly payrollHealth insurance, now offering medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield!Dental insuranceVision insuranceDaily pay- work today get paid today!Paid time offHoliday payDirect depositFull and part time positionsFlexible scheduling401K matchSome of your licensed practical nurse (LPN) job responsibilities include:Admissions, discharge and transfers of residentsMedication requisitions with pharmacy and physiciansMedication administrationFollowing infection control, emergencies, and other center policiesCollaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomesIdentifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policyWorks under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.According to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.In accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/personnel information.Licensed practical nurse (LPN) qualifications:LPN (licensed practical nurse) licensed by the stateCPR certification required
