Studio Manager – TruFusion Bellevue

TruFusion is a fitness and wellness studio offering a wide variety of group fitness classes, including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Strength, HIIT, TRX, and more. Our goal is to create an exceptional experience for every member while building a strong, engaged fitness community.

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Studio Manager to lead our Bellevue location.

This is a hands-on leadership position with direct responsibility for the studio's sales performance, membership growth, team development, daily operations, and overall success.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys developing people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to run a successful business. You should be just as comfortable closing a membership sale as you are coaching an employee, managing labor, or addressing an operational challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

• Drive membership sales, revenue growth, and member retention.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and hold the team accountable for results.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including sales conversions, lead follow-up, appointments, cancellations, and membership growth.
• Lead by example through active participation in sales, tours, and member engagement.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve studio performance.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing studio team.
• Provide consistent coaching, performance feedback, and accountability.
• Create employee schedules that support business needs while managing labor expenses.
• Build a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture.
• Address performance concerns and employee relations issues professionally and promptly.

Studio Operations

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Maintain studio standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall member experience.
• Manage scheduling, payroll accuracy, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Resolve member concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and urgency.

Community Engagement & Growth

• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and outreach opportunities.
• Create strategies to generate new leads, increase studio awareness, and strengthen member engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience with direct responsibility for sales, operations, and team performance.
• Proven ability to coach employees, improve results, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving performance goals.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational budgeting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
