At Kirby Risk Electrical Supply, our Service Delivery Drivers play a critical role in supporting both our customers and branch operations. This position combines daily delivery responsibilities with warehouse and customer service support once delivery routes are completed, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and staying engaged throughout the day.

What You'll Do as a Service Delivery Driver

In this role, you'll help ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time while also supporting daily branch operations.

You'll:

• Safely load, unload, transport, and deliver electrical and mechanical products to customer locations
• Verify deliveries and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Represent Kirby Risk professionally during all customer interactions
• Communicate important field updates, delivery concerns, or customer needs to internal teams
• Support warehouse operations including picking, stocking, organizing inventory, and material handling
• Assist with customer service responsibilities and branch support activities after daily delivery routes are completed
• Follow all company safety expectations and transportation procedures
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support branch and operational needs

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a For-Hire License
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license (must be 21 years of age).
• A positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Willingness to assist in warehouse and branch operations beyond driving responsibilities
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Schedule

• MondayFriday (Day Shift)
• Overtime as needed
