WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Build genuine relationships with customers and help them protect what matters most.
Educate clients on life insurance options tailored to their needs and goals.
Develop new business through referrals, community connections and proactive outreach.
Collaborate with our supportive team that's focused on growth and shared success.
Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Motivated by helping others and achieving results.
Positive, coachable, and ready to be part of a winning team.
Excellent communication skills with a heart for your community.

Previous experience in life insurance sales.
Life license in NJ required.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Hudson County.
We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
